About the Role
We are looking for a Programme / Project Manager

You will lead and deliver initiatives across the credit card portfolio, supporting growth, product optimisation, risk management, compliance, and financial performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee programmes across the credit card portfolio, from launch to life cycle management
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio goals
- Develop programme roadmaps and prioritise initiatives for growth and profitability
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in programme delivery
- Track, analyse, and report on portfolio performance
- Launch and optimise product features, digital solutions, and partner propositions
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking
- Manage stakeholder communication and dependencies
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in programme or project management within consumer credit, cards, lending, or payments
- Understanding of risk management, product development, and financial planning in a regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret trends and make recommendations
- Comfortable working with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Programme/project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, or similar)
- Experience with card networks, digital wallets, open banking, or fintech partners
- Background in consumer banking, retail credit, or payments
