Multidisciplinary SME
- Act as a multidisciplinary Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing cross-functional support across quality, laboratory, IT, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment of systems and processes.
- Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions (e.g. LIMS or digital lab systems), ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and practical deliverables.
- Support project delivery by facilitating workshops, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.
- Provide expert guidance, documentation, and training to ensure effective adoption, knowledge transfer, and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
