ERP Project Manager
About the Role
Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major IT migration initiative, moving the Field Service Management (FSM) platform into IFS Cloud. This position will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering the migration, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, plans, and budgets for the move to IFS Cloud.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and comprehensive testing across FSM, IFS Cloud, and connected systems (including workflows, business reporter outputs, and links with accounts receivable/payable).
- Ensure all processes, reporting, and system connections work effectively in the new environment.
- Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure they are executed effectively.
- Provide clear and timely updates to leadership teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain adherence to security policies, data protection requirements, and organisational standards.
- Ensure deliverables meet expected quality and align with stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews and support ongoing improvement initiatives.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
- Strong experience delivering large-scale IT migrations or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of Field Service Management platforms and IFS Cloud.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Confident managing budgets, timelines, resources, and multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).
- Strong capabilities in risk management and problem-solving in complex environments.
Preferred Experience:
- Background working with automotive or insurance-related systems.
- Experience leading vendor relationships and supporting contract negotiations.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, integrations, and best-practice implementation approaches.
