Finance System Manager (NetSuite)

My client is a rapidly growing global technology business looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Finance Systems to take ownership of their finance systems landscape, with NetSuite at the heart of the environment.

This is a high-impact role where you'll lead the development, optimisation and integration of finance systems, partnering with Finance and Engineering teams to improve processes, drive automation and support a fast-scaling international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer the NetSuite ERP environment
• Drive finance systems improvements across AR, AP, GL and month-end processes
• Lead integrations and finance systems projects
• Manage SOX controls, user access and audit requirements
• Identify automation opportunities and streamline finance operations
• Act as the go-to expert for Finance Systems across the business

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years' experience in Finance Systems
• Strong hands-on NetSuite Administration and configuration experience
• Knowledge of SuiteFlow, Saved Searches and SuiteScript
• Experience with finance systems integrations
• Good understanding of accounting processes and financial controls
• Experience supporting audit or SOX environments is highly desirable
