About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IFS Cloud Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the design, delivery, and optimization of our IFS Cloud solution. You will work across multiple business areas — including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Service — to ensure the IFS platform delivers measurable business value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for IFS Cloud across one or more functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Manufacturing, or Maintenance).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into IFS Cloud configurations.
• Lead and participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure alignment of IFS Cloud functionality with business goals and compliance standards.
• Conduct workshops, system demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Support data migration, system integration, and reporting activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post go-live.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and future IFS Cloud releases.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications (Apps 9/10 or Cloud) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IFS functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Projects, Supply Chain, or Maintenance.
• Proven ability to work through the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements to go-live support.
• Understanding of IFS Cloud architecture, lifecycle management, and upgrades.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

• IFS Cloud Certification or equivalent functional certification.
• Experience in multi-site, global, or complex ERP environments.
• Exposure to data migration, reporting tools, or IFS Aurena user interface.
• Knowledge of related business systems or integration platforms (e.g., Power BI, APIs, Middleware).
• Background in consultancy, systems integration, or end-user support.
