IFS HCM Consultant – Contract

Location: Global / Hybrid

Duration: Initial 6–12 months (with extensions)

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently supporting a global organisation undergoing a major IFS Cloud implementation, and are looking to engage an experienced IFS HCM Consultant on a contract basis.

This is a key role within the programme, focused on delivering high-quality HCM solutions aligned to business requirements across a complex, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and delivery of the IFS HCM module within an IFS Cloud implementation
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective system solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure alignment with business needs
• Support system design, testing, and deployment phases
• Provide expertise across IFS Apps 10 (Aurena) and IFS Cloud environments
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing key decisions where required

Key Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of the IFS ERP system, with a strong specialism in HCM
• Proven experience working on IFS Cloud implementations
• Hands-on experience with IFS Apps 10 (Aurena) and IFS Cloud
• Background working within the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
