IFS Cloud Project Manager
Overview
We are currently supporting a global organisation with the appointment of an experienced IFS Cloud Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP initiatives across the business.
This is a key role responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilisation through to go-live and post-implementation support ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS Cloud implementation or upgrade projects
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across IT and the wider business
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party partners, and system integrators
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover planning
- Ensure governance, reporting, and steering committee updates are maintained
- Drive adoption, change management, and business readiness activities
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering IFS Cloud or IFS Applications implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles
- Experience managing cross-functional and international teams
- Vendor and system integrator management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Formal project management methodology experience (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.)
Desirable
- Experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, or Services sectors
- Exposure to multi-country rollouts
- Cutover and go-live leadership experience
