Implementation Lead
We are working with a leading organisation within the builders merchanting and distribution sector who are undertaking a major ERP transformation programme. They are seeking an experienced BisTrack Implementation Lead on a contract basis to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of their BisTrack implementation.
This is a critical programme role and requires someone who has successfully led BisTrack implementations previously and can operate confidently across both business and technical teams.
The Role
As the BisTrack Implementation Lead (Contract), you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle delivery of the BisTrack ERP system. This includes initial planning, requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
You will act as the key interface between the business, implementation partners and technical teams, ensuring alignment across all workstreams and successful delivery of the programme objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong delivery capability, stakeholder engagement and the ability to keep multiple moving parts on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Epicor BisTrack
- Own delivery across all implementation phases from discovery through to go-live
- Facilitate workshops to define and validate business requirements
- Oversee system configuration, data migration and integration workstreams
- Coordinate testing activities including system and user acceptance testing
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across operations, finance, sales and supply chain
- Work closely with third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Drive change management, training and user adoption activities
- Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Support go-live readiness and post go-live stabilisation
