NetSuite Functional Consultant

NetSuite Functional Consultant | Hybrid | West Midlands

ITWorks Recruitment is partnering with a NetSuite end-user to find an experienced Functional Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-senior level consultant who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to work on varied and complex NetSuite engagements.

The Role

You'll take ownership of end-to-end NetSuite implementations, working directly with clients across the West Midlands and beyond to understand their business processes and configure solutions that deliver real operational value.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and produce detailed functional specifications
• Configure NetSuite across core modules including Finance, Order Management, Inventory, and CRM
• Design and build workflows, custom records, saved searches, and role-based permissions
• Manage UAT, training, and go-live support — acting as the primary client contact throughout
• Collaborate with technical teams on SuiteScript customisations and third-party integrations (Celigo, Boomi)

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience
• Full lifecycle implementation experience
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• NetSuite certifications advantageous
