Senior Epicor Manufacturing Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional delivery of Epicor Manufacturing modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Epicor solutions.
- Configure and optimise MRP, Production, Scheduling, MES, Inventory and Supply Chain processes.
- Facilitate workshops with production, planning and operations teams.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.
- Provide best practice guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Work alongside technical consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience delivering Epicor ERP implementations within manufacturing environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Manufacturing
- Production Management
- MRP
- Scheduling
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain
- MES / Shop Floor Data Collection
- Experience leading client workshops and business process mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to improve manufacturing processes using Epicor.
- Experience across Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic is highly desirable.
Desirable
- Multi-site manufacturing implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience supporting ERP upgrades or cloud migrations.
- Exposure to BAQs, Dashboards and reporting.
