Senior Software Engineer-Guidewire

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their growing software team. Compensation: $85K based on experience

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations using Guidewire
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions
• Partner with colleagues across development, QA, and business teams to deliver results
• Monitor production systems and quickly resolve technical issues
• Troubleshoot cross-platform problems and recommend long-term fixes
• Contribute to improving processes and technology frameworks

• Hands-on experience developing with Guidewire (Guidewire certification a plus)
• Strong technical skills in Java, GOSU, XML, SQL Server, and modern code repositories (e.g., GitHub, BitBucket)
• Insurance industry application knowledge strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• At least 4-7 years of development experience
