Role Overview

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in hospitality technology platforms to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Exp – 5-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for hospitality platforms.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Define product workflows, system integrations, and data requirements for hospitality solutions (PMS, booking engines, guest experience platforms).
• Support solution definition, testing, and validation to ensure business objectives are met.
• Facilitate communication between business teams, customers, and technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Experience working with software development teams (Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Good understanding of system integrations and digital platforms.
• Exposure to the hospitality domain (PMS, reservations, guest journey systems) is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
