Role Overview

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies to design and deliver scalable solutions for hospitality industry platforms and digital products.

Exp – 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable web applications for hospitality platforms (booking systems, guest experience, integrations, etc.).
• Lead frontend development using React, Next.js, and Vercel.
• Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and integration frameworks.
• Define system architecture, APIs, and integration strategies with hospitality systems (PMS, booking engines, third-party services).
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and translate business needs into system designs.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in React, Next.js, modern frontend architecture.
• Backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API integrations.
• Experience designing scalable, cloud-based architectures.
• Exposure to hospitality domain systems (PMS, reservations, guest experience platforms) is a plus.
• Strong customer interaction, requirement analysis, and solution definition capabilities.
