ICT Apprentice
We are looking for an IT 1st level support to join our organisation based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. This would suit a commercially experienced 1st line support with Microsoft Windows OS knowledge.
Role
You'll learn how to:
- Provide first-line support to our clients
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting applications
- Monitor and maintain the computer system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware-software faults.
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles
• Replacing parts as required and testing and evaluating new technology.

Training
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
