ICT Apprentice
We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT 1st Line Support apprentice to join our organisation in Hazel Grove, Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in IT while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Role
- Provide first line support to our clients.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, troubleshooting applications
- Monitor and maintain computer system and network problems – diagnosing and solving hardware-software faults.
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles.
- Replacing parts as required and testing and evaluating new technology.
Training
- Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
- Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
- Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
