We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultants (Tech - 360 - UK & US Markets)

We’re looking for 3 ambitious Recruitment Consultants (early careers to mid-level) with 1–3 years’ experience in a 360 tech recruitment role to join our expanding team as we scale our UK and US offerings across both permanent and contract markets.

The Opportunity

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you’ll have the freedom to build and develop your own desk while being supported by an experienced leadership team.

You’ll be working across:

• End-to-end 360 recruitment (sales + delivery)
• Vertically aligned tech markets
• Both perm and contract placements
• UK or US clients & candidates

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in tech recruitment (360 role)
• Proven ability in business development and candidate delivery
• Experience working within a vertical market (e.g. Dev, Data, Cloud, Cyber, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• Someone who thrives in an autonomous, performance-driven environment
