SAP HCM & PY SME – UK Payroll Specialist (inside IR35)

🔧 Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP ECC HCM modules, especially:
• Personnel Administration
• Organisation Management
• Time Management
• UK Payroll
• Strong exposure to:
• Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, Performance Management
• ABAP (ideally with hands-on programming)
• SAP CPI and integration with other SAP/3rd party systems
• Track record of:
• 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations or upgrades
• 2+ support pack rounds
• Mentoring junior team members

🌟 Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with SAP Basis, Security, SAP PI
• Experience with SAP Workflows
• Programming knowledge in JavaScript or Groovy Script
