Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain case management system scripts, functionality, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve scripting issues via help desk logs
- Design and specify system enhancements based on business needs
- Develop solutions using the system's bespoke IDE and external tools where appropriate
- Create and maintain document precedent templates tailored to user requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of security and maintainability
- Proactively address technical debt and legacy issues
- Coordinate testing of updates with key stakeholders
- Manage case management system administration (e.g., users, permissions, branches)
- Support end users with queries, ensuring smooth and efficient use of the system
- Collaborate with team members and provide coverage where needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., SRA, Lexcel, SARs)
