Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain case management system scripts, functionality, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scripting issues via help desk logs
  • Design and specify system enhancements based on business needs
  • Develop solutions using the system's bespoke IDE and external tools where appropriate
  • Create and maintain document precedent templates tailored to user requirements
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of security and maintainability
  • Proactively address technical debt and legacy issues
  • Coordinate testing of updates with key stakeholders
  • Manage case management system administration (e.g., users, permissions, branches)
  • Support end users with queries, ensuring smooth and efficient use of the system
  • Collaborate with team members and provide coverage where needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., SRA, Lexcel, SARs)
