Quadient Inspire Developer

We’re looking for a Quadient Inspire Developer to join a growing team delivering high-quality customer communications solutions.

This is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-scale CCM projects, shaping how organisations engage with their customers across digital and print channels.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop customer communications using Quadient Inspire
• Build and maintain templates, workflows, and document logic
• Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Support and optimise existing communications for performance and accuracy
• Contribute to best practices across CCM delivery

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with Quadient Inspire (Scaler/Designer/Interactive)
• Solid understanding of CCM and document composition
• Experience working with data formats (XML, JSON)
• Knowledge of integrations and APIs is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments (finance, insurance, utilities)
• Exposure to cloud environments or modernisation projects
