The Opportunity

The IT Department strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver continually improving, outstanding service.

They are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Training Manager to lead their mission to ensure all employees are empowered with the knowledge and skills they need to maximize the use of existing and new technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive IT training for all staff, covering systems such as Windows 11, Microsoft 365, NetDocuments (DMS), Aderant (PMS), Peppermint (CRM), SharePoint, HighQ, Bundledocs, and Definely.
  • Conduct IT induction for new starters, including permanent and temporary staff.
  • Design and administer internal training courses and materials.
  • Drive innovative training solutions to increase user engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement through effective training.
  • As the IT Training Manager, you will oversee team management, including workload distribution, staff development, and performance appraisals.
  • Act as the main escalation point for complex IT training-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with firm and departmental policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Facilitate business improvement through the investigation of issues or opportunities and the recommendation of possible solutions.
  • Work closely with the IT Projects team to ensure training is integrated into new initiatives.
  • Provide monthly reports to management on training activities and outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service within the training team.
