Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant

Senior - Lead Functional Consultant with a strong Dynamics 365 CE background.

A well established MS partner who are a leader in the portals and Power Pages market are looking to grow their team due to an expanding project pipeline

You will be responsible for providing high quality operational and technical application consultancy and support to their customers, utilising your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including D365 Sales, D365 Marketing and Power Platform. You will lead the configuration, customisation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, working collaboratively on a range of projects delivering Dynamics solutions for their customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Effective delivery of consultancy to develop, configure and customise Dynamics 365 solutions
* Work closely with customers to understand business requirements / processes and recommend solutions
* Develop and demonstrate strong Microsoft Power Platform product skills
* Provide customers with professional quality service, resolving issues directly, using your own skills and knowledge
* Champion continuous service improvements using a proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Develop understanding of the current and future technology landscape
* Where appropriate, undertake delivery of product training in a classroom or on-site setting.

Skills and Experience - Essential

* 3-5 years' Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform experience
* Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
* Proven and applicable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
* Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics 365
* Experience of working within a consulting environment
* Good understanding of Dynamics 365 administration and configuration
* Hands on experience in developing customised solutions
* Ability to create and modify Dynamics 365 workflows
* Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

Skills and Experience - Desirable

* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI and Azure
* Experience in testing, creating test plans, user testing support
* Interest in developing and enhancing skills in the Dynamics Power Platform
* Programming experience e.g. C#, .NET, HTML, ASP, JavaScript would be an advantage.

This role will be fully remote based although you will need to be available to travel to the office or client site on occasion.

£60,000 - 80,000 based on experience - Great benefits and flexible working.
