They are seeking a Senior AI Developer & Change Lead to help drive their business wide AI implementation programme. This is a broad role that will include design, development, change management and process engineering. You will manage the complete process from initial requirement, through to design and build, to adoption, and ensuring continuous improvement.

The role will also encompass change programmes, working closely with stakeholders to identify where there is a need and use for AI, challenge existing processes and educate teams accordingly.

The role will include leading process mapping and re-engineering work; designing and building AI-enabled applications; define testing and acceptance criteria; lead change management, training and adoption activity, and provide technical guidance. There will interaction with the wider IT team to ensure solutions integrate with existing systems; and you will ensure that standards are adhered to.

You will need to be a self-starter, who can work autonomously and be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. There will be considerable stakeholder management across the business, and you will need to be able to provide guidance and support.

Experience & Skills required:

• Previous experience delivering software projects end to end.
• Software development experience and with strong ability in mainstream language (e.g. C#, Python, JavaScript)
• Practical experience of building with AI development tooling and coding assistants, with the judgement to review, correct and take responsibility for AI-generated code and outputs.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong process engineering and business analysis capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience mentoring more junior members of the team.
