Business Administration Apprentice

Join Synergy, a friendly family-run healthcare supplier, as a Business Administration Apprentice. Based in our modern Falmouth waterfront office, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting B2B and B2C operations, develop valuable skills, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in a fast-growing business.

Role

What you will do at work as an apprentice:

  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
  • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Updating company databases and CRM systems
  • Supporting finance and HR with administrative tasks
  • Ordering office supplies and managing stock
  • Assisting with projects and events
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
  • Completing apprenticeship coursework and attending training sessions
  • Regularly meet with managers and supervisors to track progress

Training

Attendance to college bi-weekly.

On completion of a successful apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for a full-time position.
