Human Risk ManagerScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (hybrid)Salary from 59,200 + up to 15% bonus, single cover private medical & other excellent benefits Closing date- 28th of August 2026 Help us create a better future, quicker!Reporting to the SPR Head of Cyber GRC, the Human Risk Manager will provide strategic input into cyber transformation programme focussed on reducing cyber risk, attaining and maintaining compliance with NIS Regulations, and building a cyber resilient business.The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of sustainable initiatives that drives positive cultural and behavioural change across the SPR organisation, ensuring colleagues have the awareness, knowledge and skills required to meet cyber-related regulatory obligations and global security requirements.What you will be doingYou will lead the delivery of key cyber security behavioural and cultural change programmes, working closely with skills, culture and cyber teams within ScottishPower and Iberdrola. You will assess organisational behaviours that may hinder the development of a strong cyber security culture, using both of quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.Drawing on behavioural science and organisational psychology principles, you will design and deliver impactful awareness campaigns that promote secure behaviours across all areas of ScottishPower Renewables. You will tailor communications to diverse audiences, ensuring messages are relevant to seniority levels, roles, and locations across the business.You will also develop and implement measures to assess the effectiveness of these initiatives, tracking improvements in cyber security behaviours.What you will bringYou will have significant experience working within a threat intelligence, risk or human risk function, with a strong understanding of human behaviour, decision-making and the impact these have on organisational risk. You will be experienced in assessing behavioural trends, producing strategic assessments and communicating complex information to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders. Experience within industrial or critical national infrastructure sectors, such as energy, would be advantageous.You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering organisation-wide communication and awareness programmes, alongside experience supporting large-scale change initiatives, ideally within regulated environments. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as the NIS Regulations and engagement with organisations including Ofgem, the NCSC and UK Intelligence Community partners would be beneficial.You will be an analytical and creative thinker with excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments, you will be adept at building trusted relationships across a broad range of stakeholders and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
