Full Stack Developer (C#)

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build & maintain secure, scalable backend services using .NET (Core 6/8+) + C#
• Develop frontend features with JavaScript + React (REST / GraphQL APIs)
• Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
• Integrate AI capabilities – e.g., message routing, anomaly detection, compliance checks
• Collaborate in a small, high-trust hybrid team (pair programming and distributed systems experience a bonus)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Commercial experience with C# and .NET ecosystem
• Comfortable with pair programming
• Solid JavaScript + React skills (reactive components + API integration)
• Hands-on CI/CD experience
• Willing to come into Central London 1–2 days/week for sprints, planning, and key discussions
• 2–4 years of experience – ideal for Junior or Mid-level engineers

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Distributed systems (event-driven, microservices, RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• Pair programming as a collaborative tool
