Are you the type of person who loves speaking to people, enjoys a challenge, and wants to build a successful career in sales?

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a growing technology business at an exciting stage of its journey.

• This isn't a role where leads simply land in your inbox.
• You'll be responsible for creating opportunities from scratch, engaging senior decision-makers, and becoming the first point of contact for organisations looking to improve their IT, Cloud, Cyber Security and Communications environments.
• You'll learn how to identify opportunities, uncover business challenges and start meaningful commercial conversations that ultimately lead to new customer relationships.
• While a background in technology, IT or telecoms sales would be a strong advantage, it's not essential. What matters most is a genuine interest in technology, curiosity about how businesses use it, and a clear desire to build a long-term career in the tech sector.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Building prospect lists and identifying target accounts

✅ Reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn

✅ Working event attendee lists and following up potential opportunities

✅ Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the wider sales team

✅ Working closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your commercial skills

✅ Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM

This role is ideal for someone who:

✔ Has experience in outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, lead generation or appointment-setting roles

✔ OR has strong commercial experience and is looking to move into technology sales

✔ Is confident speaking with senior decision-makers

✔ Is naturally curious and genuinely interested in technology and how it transforms businesses

✔ Is resilient, driven and motivated by success

✔ Wants to build a long-term career within technology sales
