Business Development Representative (BDR) - Cybersecurity
UK & EMEA | Hybrid (One day a month London)
£60k base | £80k OTE
I’m working exclusively with a high-growth cybersecurity vendor going through a significant scale phase following recent private equity investment. This is a great opportunity to join early, make an impact and build a career in a genuinely high-performing environment.
This is not a volume SDR role. You’ll be operating in complex, highly regulated markets across the UK and EMEA, engaging senior stakeholders and building meaningful pipeline within Government, Defence and Financial Services environments.
The role
- Pure new business focus across UK & EMEA
- Targeting senior stakeholders including CISOs, security leaders and procurement
- Owning outbound prospecting alongside inbound qualification
- Running discovery conversations and booking qualified meetings for AEs
- Supporting strategic campaigns and account-based outreach
- Working closely with sales and marketing in a joined-up GTM function
What they’re looking for
- 2–5 years experience in a BDR/SDR role within B2B tech or cybersecurity
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity
- Comfortable engaging senior, hard-to-reach stakeholders
- Strong communication and research skills
- Experience operating in highly regulated environments is a big plus
- Additional European language skills are highly advantageous
