Sales Team Lead - Connectivity & Managed Services

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling technology provider operating at the intersection of connectivity, networking, and cybersecurity. They partner with commercial landlords and their tenants to deliver fully managed technology solutions across connected buildings and modern workspaces.

The business is hiring a Sales Team Lead to manage and grow the Tenant Engagement function, a small, high-visibility team responsible for supporting new tenants moving into connected buildings, aligning their technology requirements, and driving new revenue across networking and security services.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach a small sales team (currently two people), setting clear targets and helping them develop professionally.
  • Act as a hands-on individual contributor, managing your own portfolio of buildings and revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, and tenants to uncover new opportunities and deliver best-in-class technology solutions.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell growth across connectivity, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity offerings.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, improve consistency, and scale the team’s success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven background in networking, connectivity, or managed services, ideally within a connected building, MSP, or serviced office environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience balancing team leadership with personal sales performance, whether formally managing or mentoring peers.
  • Process-driven, proactive, and commercially minded, someone who takes ownership and brings structure.
