Demand Generation Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Specialist to build pipeline, introduce Iceotope to new markets, and turn curiosity into qualified demand.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys shaping strategy, building momentum, and seeing their work translate directly into commercial impact.

About the role
You’ll own demand generation end-to-end: building awareness, educating the market, launching multi-channel campaigns, and delivering marketing-qualified leads that convert into real sales opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and external partners, while operating autonomously as the demand gen owner.
Success will be measured by pipeline impact, MQL volume, and MQL-to-SQL conversion .
What you’ll be doing
- Build and execute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, content, outbound)
- Educate new audiences on who Iceotope is, what problem we solve, and why our solution matters
- Own pipeline targets and demand metrics, using data to optimise and pivot quickly
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams across the US and EMEA to align on messaging and lead quality
- Develop compelling campaign content in partnership with Product and Marketing (whitepapers, videos, webinars, sales enablement)
- Manage external agencies where needed — while staying hands-on yourself
Who we’re looking for
You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — and you’re comfortable building without a playbook.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation
- Proven success generating and scaling MQLs and pipeline
- Strong multi-channel campaign experience
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, optimise, and adapt fast
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
- Experience in startups, scale-ups, or agency environments - beneficial
