The team is known for being collaborative, supportive and incredibly effective and they’re now looking for someone who brings the same level-headedness, curiosity and technical aptitude as their strongest performers.
Joining a small, experienced support function, you’ll provide both 1st and 2nd line support across a busy internal user base. The organisation is moving towards a fully modernised Microsoft environment, with several legacy systems being replaced by new SaaS applications over the next 12–18 months.
You’ll get hands-on exposure to the latest tools and tech, while playing an active role in a team that values communication, initiative and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing

\tActing as a key point of contact for IT issues, managing tickets with pace, clarity and empathy

\tProviding 1st & 2nd line support across devices, systems and applications
\t
\t
\tTroubleshooting hardware, software and user issues
\t
\t
\tSupporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and a modernising tech stack
\t
\t
\tAssisting with user onboarding/offboarding and access permissions
\t
\t
\tWorking alongside the team to identify improvements and enhance service delivery
\t
\t
\tTaking part in small projects and ongoing technology transformation
\t
\t
\tUsing data-driven tools to support decision-making and service enhancements
\t
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
\t- Previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT support role
\t - Confidence troubleshooting hardware and software issues
\t - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
\t - A positive mindset with a passion for helping others
\t - An interest in process improvement, AI and automation (no technical knowledge required – just curiosity)
\t - A calm, methodical approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
