We’re hiring a Channel Sales Partnerships Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative HealthTech SaaS company transforming how clinical research and healthcare organisations operate.

The platform helps pharmaceutical companies, CROs and research sites streamline operations, improve oversight, and accelerate delivery through modern software and intelligent data infrastructure. It is already being used across the clinical research ecosystem and is now scaling through strategic partnerships.

The role - This position targets third-party organisations, including:

  • Technology vendors
  • Data platforms
  • Consultancies and service providers
  • Research networks and ecosystem partners

You will:

  • Build strategic, long-term alliances
  • Establish partner programmes and frameworks
  • Develop co-selling and referral models
  • Drive integrations that strengthen the product offering
  • Extend market reach via partner channels

This role gives you ownership over building partnership strategy from the ground up.

About you - We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in partnerships, business development or alliances
  • Exposure to healthcare, life sciences and SaaS environments
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a scaling, fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative mindset and cross-functional capability

What’s on offer
