Head of IT – EMEA & APAC

Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum + up to 30% bonus

Location: Candidate needs to be UK based and able to travel to sites in other countries

Type: Full-time permanent

A leading provider of innovative medical solutions that support independent living is looking for a dynamic and strategic head of IT to lead its technology function across the EMEA and APAC regions.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with the autonomy to shape IT strategy across multiple geographies, modernise systems, drive digital transformation, and help the business scale sustainably in a competitive, purpose-led sector.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the development and delivery of regional IT strategy aligned with global goals
• Oversee the modernisation and optimisation of ERP and core business systems
• Enable data-driven decision making through smart integration and reporting tools
• Ensure the security, scalability, and compliance of all technology platforms
• Build and lead a high-performing, multi-regional IT team with strong delivery capability
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across the organisation

What we’re looking for:

• Several years’ of experience within senior IT leadership, ideally within global manufacturing or healthcare (but not essential)
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale transformation and ERP programmes
• Broad technical expertise across infrastructure, applications and security
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and advise executive teams
• A degree in IT, Engineering or Business; further qualifications are a plus
• A track record of building teams and delivering value at pace
