What You'll Bring
- Engineering leadership experience in fast-paced environments (3+ years).
- Strong full-stack skills (Java, TypeScript/JS, SQL/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, scalable systems.
- Ability to own architecture to execution to optimisation.
