If you're a passionate Lead Software Engineer who loves guiding small Engineering teams to deliver modern, high-quality mobile & web products, this is one for you!

You'd join a household name brand & own the build of the new generation of customer experiences through next-gen UI & user-centric mobile apps.

You'll oversee React Native, React, and cloud technologies, shaping how millions of people interact with the platform; but we're keen for a Tech-agnostic leader.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves coding & leading people, driving innovation, and influencing architecture as we evolve from a legacy stack toward Go and Python.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a talented, agile engineering team.
• Build and release high-performance mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Champion best practices in testing, quality, and continuous delivery.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Tech agnostic - you'll use React (Typescript) & React Native but are keen for broad experience across Frontend/UI rather than a particular stack
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products at scale.
