South Wales / South West due to travel to client sites and team meetups (a couple of times a month).

We're hiring a Product/Delivery Manager to lead a workstream in a major transformation programme. This hybrid role is 70% product management and 30% delivery management. Perfect for someone who can shape a product vision while keeping delivery on track.

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Align priorities with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Oversee user needs analysis and ensure solutions hit the mark.
• Support agile ceremonies, manage risks, and keep momentum high.

What we're looking for

• Strong product management background in digital/tech.
• Experience managing product and delivery in complex, agile environments.
• Skilled in backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.

The offer

• £55-65k, 12-month FTC (potential extension).
• Remote first, with around one day a week in Newport.
