Product Trainer

Product Trainer / Product Enablement Specialist (SaaS / Workforce Technology)

Full‐time | Office‐based (Epworth, North Lincolnshire - DN9)

We're working with a high‐growth UK SaaS business operating in the workforce and operations technology space. The company is founder‐led, with the CEO having successfully built and sold two previous businesses - this is now their third and is very much in scale‐up mode, with strong momentum and a long‐term vision.

The platform combines SaaS software, automation, AI and physical hardware to help organisations manage onboarding, presence, time & attendance, safety and wider workforce operations, particularly for frontline, deskless and field‐based teams. It's a genuinely interesting, technically involved product with real‐world use cases across multiple industries.

The Role

This is a customer‐facing Product Trainer / Product Enablement role, sitting at the intersection of Product, Onboarding and Customer Success.

You'll play a key role in helping customers understand, adopt and get value from the platform. This is a hands‐on role and not an internal L&D position.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Delivering product training to customers via live sessions, workshops and demos
  • Supporting customer onboarding and implementation alongside account managers
  • Learning the platform in depth and acting as a product expert for customers
  • Translating technical functionality into clear, non‐technical explanations
  • Creating, maintaining and improving training materials as the product evolves
  • Supporting customers post go‐live to drive confidence, adoption and engagement
  • This role suits someone who enjoys learning complex products, working directly with customers, and explaining how technology solves real operational problems.

    What We're Looking For

You're likely to be a strong fit if you have experience in:

    • Product training, product enablement or customer onboarding within SaaS or technology
    • Training or enabling external customers rather than internal teams
    • Working with complex systems and learning products quickly
    • Communicating confidently with non‐technical users

    Relevant backgrounds often include:

    • Product Trainer / Product Enablement
    • Customer Enablement or Onboarding
    • Implementation or Professional Services
    • Technical or Software Training (customer‐facing)
  • We're particularly interested in people who:

    • Take ownership rather than waiting for direction
    • Enjoy being hands‐on and close to the product
    • Are comfortable working in fast‐paced, evolving environments

    Working Pattern & Location

This role is full‐time and office‐based, 5 days per week, at the company's HQ in Epworth, North Lincolnshire (DN9). Candidates must be within a commutable distance and genuinely comfortable with an office‐first setup.

The business places real value on collaboration and being together in the office.

    Environment & Perks

    • Founder‐led, product‐driven culture
    • Direct access to decision‐makers and product teams
    • Hands‐on role with real ownership and visibility
    • Strong office environment with free food and drinks, stocked fridges, breakout areas and a games table
    • Supportive but high‐expectation environment
