A fast-growing technology business developing AI-driven visual inspection systems used by some of the world's biggest automotive brands.

Their intelligent hardware and software solutions use computer vision and advanced imaging to detect vehicle damage, verify specifications, and streamline inspection processes, helping global manufacturers and logistics providers improve quality, speed, and accuracy.

Having secured significant investment and partnered with blue-chip clients across Europe, the UK, and Asia, they're now scaling operations, enhancing existing products, and introducing new solutions that are redefining how vehicle inspection is done.

They're looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team;someone who enjoys variety, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and can bring structure and energy to fast-moving projects.

This is a brand new position, created to strengthen delivery and process alignment across engineering, operations, and customer teams. You'll have the freedom to shape the role, refine internal processes, and ensure client projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

You'll act as the bridge between technical, commercial, and operations functions, overseeing everything from system upgrades to new product rollouts and process improvements.

• Lead multiple concurrent projects through to completion, ensuring milestones are met and teams remain aligned.

• Oversee system upgrades and maintenance, improving performance and reliability across deployed hardware and software systems.

• Coordinate new product implementations, collaborating with engineering, product, and customer success teams.

• Drive process improvements, including optimising workflows, handoffs, and Jira ticketing.

• Support customer-facing initiatives - managing feedback loops, communicating progress, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Foster collaboration between departments to maintain smooth operations and knowledge sharing.

• Experience: Strong project management background within complex, fast-paced environments, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or technology.

• Skills: Confident leading multi-stakeholder projects; experienced with tools like Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project; excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Mindset: Curious and proactive - eager to learn how systems work and to understand technical concepts at a functional level.
