My client are a fast-scaling SaaS scale-up (Series C, $50m raised in 2025) that is redefining how global powerhouses operate.

Their AI-enabled platform supports over 1,000+ brands worldwide, streamlining business processes like never seen before. With 10× revenue growth in the past year and aggressive expansion across the UK, US, and EU, the company is scaling at pace.

Data/Analytics is the backbone: from APIs and pipelines to governance and observability, their data platform directly powers customer-facing products and AI-driven insights.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the analytics platform end-to-end: set the roadmap for models, metrics and data contracts; choose/evolve tooling and standards.
• Build the golden layer: design high-trust dbt marts and a documented semantic layer that powers product features
• Ship with reliability: stand up observability (tests, freshness, lineage, cost), enforce SLAs, and keep pipelines fast and resilient..
• Be the multiplier: mentor analysts/engineers as the team grows, partner with Product/DS/Eng, and turn business questions into data products that move the needle.

Stack:

• dbt
• Python
• GCP – Nice to have. Ie BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Run and Cloud Storage
• CI/CD

• Salary: £85K - £95K (negotiable) + Equity, PMI etc
• London (1 day a week onsite)
