Senior Business Development Manager (England)
Salary : £65,000-£70,000 + Uncapped Commission

An opportunity has arisen for an Senior Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing, tech scale-up delivering innovative workforce solutions across the UK and beyond.
This company has built a market-leading platform that supports employers in improving staff engagement, retention, and productivity. With strong uptake across a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing, the business has already partnered with over 300 recognised brands and is now entering its next phase of growth.
You'll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced commercial team, reporting to the UK Commercial Director, with a clear focus on new business acquisition while also overseeing the commercial growth of a small number of key accounts. The company provides a suite of tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav) and SDR support, ensuring you're well set up to succeed.
What You'll Be DoingIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland
Engage with HR, Reward, and People team decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level
Deliver compelling demos and proposals to senior stakeholders and C-suite
Work with marketing and SDRs to generate leads and nurture a high-quality pipeline
Track performance in CRM, reporting regularly to the Commercial Director
Support account expansion through upselling and cross-sell activity
Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years) in SaaS, HR tech, or similar
Experience managing multi-stage sales cycles and consultative selling
Comfortable engaging at C-level and presenting to senior stakeholders
Start-up or scale-up background preferred
Commercially minded, collaborative, and self-driven
