With exciting growth plans ahead and significant investment being made into Product and Design, they are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next chapter of their journey.
Why this role stands out
This isn't a role where you'll spend your time moving buttons around a screen.
You'll be trusted to solve important customer problems, influence product strategy and help define experiences that customers interact with daily.
You'll have the opportunity to shape core customer journeys across web and mobile, own meaningful areas of the product, and see the direct impact of your work on both customers and business outcomes.
You'll work alongside an ambitious team that values curiosity, experimentation and great design, giving you a genuine voice in how products are built and how the broader customer experience evolves.
The opportunity
You'll play a central role in defining and delivering best-in-class digital experiences, balancing deep customer understanding with commercial impact.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Growth teams, you'll help identify opportunities, uncover insights and turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
You'll be involved across the full design lifecycle, from discovery and research through to delivery and optimisation, while helping evolve the design system and raise the overall quality bar across the product.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, influence and the chance to create experiences that customers genuinely value.
Who my client is looking for:
• Experience designing customer-facing digital products within high-growth environments
• Outstanding UX and UI skills, with a strong eye for detail and visual craft
• Experience building, evolving or contributing to design systems
• Confidence designing across both web and mobile platforms
• A customer-obsessed mindset and genuine passion for understanding user behaviour
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex journeys
• The confidence to challenge thinking, influence stakeholders and drive better outcomes
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in collaborative environments
• A passion for creating products that have a positive impact on people's lives
