IT Service Desk Analyst - 6 Months FTCLocation: Cardiff
Up to £28k Pro Rata + benefits
I'm looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst to join my client in Cardiff. Reporting to the IT Service Desk Lead, you will provide day-to-day technical support, manage incidents, and contribute to ongoing business and technical projects.
You'll play a key role in resolving IT issues, fulfilling requests, maintaining end user devices, and ensuring the systems and processes run smoothly. You will also help identify ways to improve efficiency and deliver excellent service.
You'll need at least one year of IT support experience and a foundation knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and Microsoft Intune.
Previous experience in financial services is a bonus, but not essential.
