Looking to build a career in tech rather than stay on a service desk?

We’re working with a growing cloud and telecoms business in Cardiff, hiring 3 Support Engineers. It’s a great opportunity to move into a niche area like voice and cloud, with full training provided.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP, SIP)
  • Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end
  • Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing system
  • Learning platforms, call systems and integrations

What they’re looking for:

  • IT support, service desk OR strong customer service + interest in tech
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Keen to learn and progress

Working pattern:
