Legal Counsel (Middle) job description WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own the contract cycle end-to-end: MSAs/SOWs, SaaS/license, affiliate/advertising, NDAs, DPAs, SLAs. Maintain policies: Terms of Use, Privacy/Cookie, Community/UGC, coordinate rollouts with Product/Marketing/CS. Review features and campaigns (subscriptions/auto-renewal, claims, disclosures) to keep launches compliant across key markets.
