SAP SuccessFactors Engineer
An established, rapidly growing global client is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Engineer to join their internal technology team.
This is an exceptional time to join the organization as they embark on a major HRMS transformation project, centered on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Initially, you will embed yourself into the project as a SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SME), working closely with the internal project team and their chosen implementation partner. Post go-live, you will become the primary technical resource responsible for driving a continuous improvement approach to maintain, optimize, and enhance the system.
Key Responsibilities- System Maintenance & Support: Monitor and maintain the SuccessFactors environment to ensure high-level service delivery. Troubleshoot functional/technical issues and collaborate with external support partners on escalated matters.
- Release Management: Review, recommend, and prepare the system for bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release updates.
- Integration Management: Monitor, troubleshoot, and implement existing and new SuccessFactors integrations, collaborating closely with internal analysts and technical specialists.
- System Enhancement: Partner with business stakeholders and systems management to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in workshops to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics: Gather requirements and deliver insight-driven reports and dashboards. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Compliance & Security: Maintain strong Information Security standards (aligned with ISO 27001) and ensure the platform complies with global labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- Documentation & Training: Document all system enhancements following strict change management procedures, and assist in creating training content for end-users.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and administering SAP SuccessFactors in a global setting.
- Certifications: SAP Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least 1 additional module.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and core HR best practices.
- Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies and project tools like Jira.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, strong relationship-building skills, and a collaborative attitude.
