You’ll promote and instill best practices, technical acumen, and value-based selling in Sales Engineering to support a seamless customer journey and goal achievement.What You'll DoLead a Sales Engineering team by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to instill company values, technical acumen, best practices, and strong work ethic in Sales EngineersDrive a high performance team to deliver against assigned sales goals while prioritizing a high-quality experience for customers and colleaguesFunction as a trusted advisor by engaging with prospects and customers during the full customer journey to support the team, region, and customers’ successHire, enable, and create development plans for Sales Engineers to ensure team members successfully onboard, execute, and progress in professional growthEmbrace and promote collaborative, high-energy, and “winning” culturePrepare and deliver analysis of business trends and SE metrics, draw conclusions based on data, and make strategic directional recommendationsWork closely in collaboration with business areas to support initiatives aligned with Immersive Labs’ OKRs to demonstrate successful key results.
