Delivery Team Manager
The Delivery Team Manager will lead the Expert Services function, reporting to senior leadership. The role combines operational leadership with team management, ensuring high-quality delivery, efficiency, and team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle for the delivery team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and retention initiatives
- Monitor utilisation, project margins, and resource planning to ensure profitable delivery
- Standardise and enforce delivery processes and methodologies
- Act as a primary escalation point for client and operational risks
- Provide regular reporting on team and project performance
Required Experience:
- Proven management experience within SaaS, professional services, or agency delivery teams
- Strong commercial awareness: billable hours, utilisation rates, and scope management
- Excellent organisational skills to manage complex schedules and priorities
- Expertise in project management methodologies
- Outstanding communication skills for both client and team interactions
Remuneration & Benefits:
- £50,000 – £55,000 per annum plus quarterly performance bonus
- Hybrid working (Reading or Birmingham) (3 days in office)
Senior Consultant – Intercom / monday.com
The Senior Consultant will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The role involves strategic project leadership, client engagement, and mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project direction and decision-making on complex implementations
- Manage escalations and mitigate high-level risks
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and senior client meetings
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Ensure solutions align with client business goals and maintain high delivery standards
Required Experience:
- Deep technical expertise in Intercom or monday.com configuration and architecture
- Strong knowledge of project management and risk mitigation
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations in complex environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
Remuneration & Benefits:
- £36,000 – £45,000 per annum
