Customer Success Specialist
🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Consultant (Monday.com)
📍 Reading or Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
💰 £35,000 – £40,000 + quarterly bonus
We’re working with a growing consultancy business looking for a Senior Consultant to join their expanding Expert Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing projects, and solving problems across a variety of technical and business environments.
You’ll work with growing organisations to deliver successful software implementations and consulting projects, building strong stakeholder relationships along the way.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and delivering client projects end-to-end
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting software implementation and configuration projects
- Identifying and managing project risks
- Supporting and mentoring other team members
- Working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
🧠 What they’re looking for:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience in a client-facing environment
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage workloads independently
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and technologies
- Experience with software implementation projects beneficial
- Exposure to monday.com setup/configuration would be a plus
