An ambitious Fintech is looking for a Frontend Developer to help build and evolve its customer portal, the central touchpoint for clients managing transactions, onboarding, and day-to-day financial operations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of new features, contribute to system architecture, and work closely with product and design teams to deliver user-friendly, high-performance solutions. You'll also play a part in coaching less experienced engineers, sharing knowledge, and helping the team raise the bar technically.
About
This fast-scaling Fintech is challenging traditional institutions by offering modern, tech-driven solutions to organisations that operate internationally. Rather than relying on legacy infrastructure, they’ve built a flexible platform that allows clients to manage currency risk, payments, and working capital needs from a single digital interface.
Since launching over a decade ago, they’ve grown into a global business with offices across Europe and beyond. Despite their scale, they remain entrepreneurial at heart, combining the culture of a high-growth startup with the stability of a publicly listed business. The environment suits engineers who are curious, commercially aware, and motivated to build products that make a tangible difference to customers.

- Ability to turn Figma mockups into clean, accessible, and responsive UIs
- Comfortable working with backend APIs and managing data effectively on the frontend
- Exposure to cloud platforms and serverless patterns (especially AWS)
- Experience with both relational and document-based databases
- Familiarity with automated testing and modern DevOps practices
- Clear communicator who can collaborate across product, design, and engineering
