HR Manager (Part-Time / Flexible)

£50,000 FTE (pro-rata to 4 days = £40K

London | Hybrid – 2–3 days office-based

Flexible working: 3 or 4 days per week or reduced hours over school days – salary pro rata

A growing tech infrastructure business working on high-profile projects has an opportunity for a hands-on, proactive HR Manager to join them in a standalone, part-time role to support the business of circa 30.

You’ll support a talented and collaborative leadership team, managing all aspects of HR — from recruitment, onboarding and engagement to payroll, performance and culture. It’s a great opportunity to shape people practices in a fast-moving, innovative company.

You’ll bring:

• Solid HR generalist experience as standalone HR in a small business.
• Confidence operating independently and advising senior stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• A balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution
