Impactive IT are hiring a commercially minded, insight-driven Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of revenue analytics across a fast-growing, data-led business.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Own end-to-end revenue reporting and performance analysis across multiple product categories and sales channels
• Build predictive models for pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and sell-through rates
• Use your commercial mindset to identify new opportunities to utilise data to increase revenue
• Evaluate channel performance and guide resource allocation decisions
• Partner with commercial teams on A/B testing and experimentation
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Advanced SQL/Excel skills and experience building robust data models in DBT
• Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma)
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran)
• A strong commercial mindset - you focus on impact, not just outputs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

➕ Nice to have

• Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or circular economy businesses
• Experience with pricing optimisation, dynamic pricing or revenue forecasting
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality)
